Work off the weight for the new year

Thanks to Roman May

It is that time of year again, Christmas is right around the corner and then soon after that is the new year. Everyone I know will be making new year’s resolutions left and right and with probably nary a plan in place to make them work. This year I have decided to shed those last few pounds that were put on by baby. I have already worked most of them off but there are those few stubborn lingering pounds that will just not let go! Since I have a rigorous work schedule I have decided that the classes at the gym are probably not for me. I also am not a fan of workout videoor DVDs. I find them boring. You will also not catch me on the treadmill for more than five minutes because I just can’t take it. This year I will be using http://get.wildblue.com/ for all of my workout plans. I can go online when I don’t have time to get to the group classes at the gym and come up with a workout plan for me. There are tons of articles and sites online that have awesome workout routines that I can do from my desk, my home or even at the gym.

Premium Channels

Authored by Greg Fletcher

I told my husband that I wanted him to log into TVBYDIRECT.com and look into upgrading our television package for my birthday. I was excited when my birthday rolled around and I had all of the movie channels that I had been dreaming about. I am a huge movie buff. I have Netflix, but sometimes when I am streaming movies the quality really isn’t that good. They also don’t have any really new movies. The new channels that I got Starz, HBO, and Showtime always have something good to watch. They even show movies that were in the theatres pretty recently. One thing that I wasn’t expecting to enjoy so much about the premium channels is some of the original series on HBO. I thought that I was just getting the channels for movies, but I have fallen in love with a new HBO drama. The show is called “Boardwalk Empire.” It is all the rage. It is a drama set in the 1920’s on the Jersey shore ( Atlantic City). I really didn’t know what I was missing without having these premium channels!

My Doggie!

Thanks for the guest post by Kristofer Bartlett

I went to http://www.satellitetvfamily.com/ to check out some packages. I'm finally getting a doggie and I want her to be entertained! When I'm out of the house at work, I don't want my baby to be anxious or sad. I heard dogs like to listen to classical music, and I've seen videos of them watching Cesear Milan's show! Too cute. I could probably benefit from watching some of those pet training shows! I hope my baby behaves well. I'm getting an english bulldog, and they are known to be stubborn! I hope my baby likes the tv package I get! Hopefully, she'll like the same shows I do.
