Tool and Manpower

List management and Ad serving - two great things to have for a website....actually two things you really need for a successful website.

If you ask me and I'm just an amateur at this website stuff so far..but I know enough to know that you can have the best website out there known to man but if you don't have the manpower and tools to promote it it will never be found and/or used.
