Noggin

So I am watching Noggin with my daughter and I have this new tv that I got my husband that looks great in HD and ok in most of the other channels but there are some shows on noggin that is just horrible and It is almost scrambled but it isn't - just very fuzzy for the faces and I just can't stand it!
