Tune up

So I think that my car needs a tune up because the little wrench thing came on and I just do not know why. I just had the oil changed although it is weird because they say that it is only 10% of oil left or maybe it is 10% of oil that has been used. I don't know but I really don't feel like driving all the wy down to the dealer to get the tune up!
