Amazon

I hav to call Amazon because their customer service sucks and I have had an order on back order for 9 m onths now - that is just horrible and I called the manufacturer and they said it is in stock so what is the problem - thsi is just so stupid and I am actually very upset over the whole thing too - no more amazon.
